  The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional and obliging.We were even upgraded to a better room for the same price. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  use of facilities(ex:pool,internet room).Hotel has access to pub without having to go outside.Rooms are nice and quiet.

  The only negative comment that I can think of our the pool hours,it would be more convenient if it stayed open till 10:00 PM because by the time you get back from dinner there is little time left to enjoy the pool and spa facilities.

  The staff, from the front desk to the maids, were all excellent - helpful, friendly, bilingual. My French is not native, but they were very patient with my efforts to speak to them in French, although their English is also quite good. The room was comfortable, everything worked well, and it was cleaned and straightened very well every day. The location is outstanding, and even though there was a festival going on around the corner, our room was very quiet.

  The breakfast was good - fruit and yoghurt, juice, French toast, bread pudding, sausages especially - but the bread and roll selections were pretty ordinary. The bistro was lively, but we were not served the type of pizza that we ordered - perhaps due to the noise level - but had waited too long to order another so we ate part of it and paid for it.

  An excellent hotel in the mainstream of Quebec City Old Town's best shopping and restaurants.

  Room was smallish and lighting could have been better; however, these are very small dislikes.

  All the staff was very friendly, professional, excellent. Room was spacious, pool was great for our children. Also the location is great to explore the city....great location...thank you

  The location is very convenient. The staff is good. The valet parking is very handy.

  The hotel has the spa and the pool facilities but no bathrobes in the room. The pool schedule is not convenient as it is opened only from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m..

  Steps up to reception. Slow valet car delivery service - would not use this again on any future visit. Brass handrails not polished correctly resulting in guests with black hands!

  Location and value, Hotel Manoir Victoria has reasonable room rates and is one of the only hotels in the old city with a pool or spa facilities.

  Nothing comes to mind. We have travelled to Quebec City many times and have tried other hotels, however, always come back the Hotel Manoir Victoria.
